Rabona mobile guide: site, Android and iPhone

The whole lobby fits in your pocket. Here is the best way to play on your phone.

The mobile site

You can play straight from Safari, Chrome or any modern mobile browser. No download is required, so you can be playing within a minute. Menus, the cashier and the search bar are arranged for one-handed use.

All titles in the lobby run on mobile, from slots to table games. Live dealer tables stream to the phone in good quality as well. Bettors get the complete sportsbook on the phone. One account works everywhere, with the same balance and settings.

A home-screen shortcut makes it feel like an app. The shortcut option sits in the share or settings menu. There is nothing to update, because the site is always the latest version. How the mobile site scores overall is covered in the complete Rabona review.

App or shortcut

Android players download the app directly from the casino site rather than from the Play Store. You will need to allow installation from the browser or file manager. The warning is generic and appears for every app outside the store. The installation is covered step by step in our Android app guide.

IPhone owners use the browser version, which works without installation. Games and features are the same whichever way you play.

Performance and data

A modern phone handles every title. On older devices, graphics-heavy games can take a moment longer to open. Keeping the browser and the operating system updated helps performance.

• Turn the phone sideways for a wider view of the reels
• Watch the battery level on longer sessions
• Odd display problems are fixed by emptying the browser cache
• Shut down unused apps for smoother play
• Stream live games over Wi-Fi where possible

Regular slots consume little data compared with live video. On a small data plan, save the live casino for home. Losing signal mid-round does not cancel the result: the server keeps it and shows it when you return.

Cashier and help on a phone

Deposits and withdrawals work exactly as on desktop. Players in Pakistan can pay on the phone with Bank Transfer, Sadapay, Upaisa, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, iCash. One, JetonBank and Cashmall. Payment confirmation often happens in your wallet or banking app, so keep it installed. The deposit guide lists every option with its limits.

The phone camera makes KYC uploads quick. A clear, complete photo avoids a second request. Support works 24/7 through live chat, email and phone, in a window that fits the phone. The support guide compares chat, email and the help centre.

Claiming offers on a phone

The welcome offer of 100% up to PKR 163,000 + 50 free spins works the same on mobile. You can track the rollover from the phone.

Security basics

A bookmark protects you from fake domains. Avoid APK files from unknown sources. Only log in on the genuine site. The official Rabona site and its mirrors have a guide of their own.

Add a second login factor where possible. Protect the device itself with a screen lock. On a shared phone, do not save the password.

Public Wi-Fi networks are convenient but less secure. Use a trusted network for the cashier instead of open hotspots. No genuine agent will ask for your password or a one-time code, and support should hear about any message of that kind. After losing a phone, update the password and contact support.

Healthy phone habits

The phone is always at hand, makes it easy to play more than planned. Daily and weekly caps work in the mobile account too. A reminder after a set time keeps sessions short.

Do not gamble on the way to work or late at night out of boredom. Keep it fun, and stop when it is not. Disable push messages if they pull you back too often. Time-outs and self-exclusion are in the mobile menu as well. When play becomes a reflex, take the icon off the home screen for some weeks. Specialised help lines offer support at no cost.
